President

Steve Rogers' career includes 25 years executive and industry experience working in the relocation area of Human Resources.  He has managed corporate programs with DuPont Company and CITGO Petroleum and worked in relocation management companies.  He adds the insight of a transferee, having relocated three times in his career and is a licensed real estate broker in two states.

Steve is a recognized industry expert and member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council’s prestigious Hall of Leaders. Steve is a past President and Chairman of the Board of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council’s (ERC®) Board of Directors and has earned the SCRP (Senior Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designation from ERC®.


Lynn Breedlove

Lynn Breedlove is a Certified Real Estate Broker, Certified Relocation Professional and a Global Mobility Specialist who has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She has been involved with relocation for over 10 years, and remains an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Larry Matthews

Larry Matthews is Director of Business Development for Armstrong Relocation, also representing Primacy Relocation and Unigroup, Inc. in a business development capacity for the past six years.

Larry’s leadership within the organization reflects the importance of partnership, client advocacy efforts and integrity of relationships.

He holds an M.S. degree from Texas A&M, along with the Global Mobility Specialist designation through the Employee Relocation Council.


Andrea Vaughn

Andrea Vaughn is a Marketing Director for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, managing The Mortgage Relocation Program. She has been in the relocation industry and with Wells Fargo for over seven years.

Her expertise consist of maintaining a client base of fortune 1,000 clients and assisting relocation managers from major corporations with developing and improving their relocation benefits.

Carrie Ousley, a native Houstonian, is happy to offer personalized insurance services to those arriving to Houston and surrounding areas. She works for Hub International Personal Insurance, one of the largest National Independent Insurance Agents in North America. With over 26 years of industry experience, she offers a broad range of insurance services, from personal insurance (Home, Auto &Umbrella Liability) to Life, Health and Commercial Insurance Services.


Kelly Pearson

Kelly H. Pearson, PHR

Kelly Pearson is the Western Hemisphere Vendor Manager for International Mobility HR at BP. She is responsible for the company’s supplier service delivery for both domestic and international mobility in the US, Canada and Latin America. Ms. Pearson’s career spans over 20 years in HR, relocation and supplier management. Prior to joining BP, her experience includes work in the banking, insurance, and high tech industries. Ms. Pearson received a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and recently relocated with her husband and 3 dogs to Houston.


Norma Chaney

Secretary

Norma Chaney is a prominent and very dedicated figure in the real estate community.  She began her real estate career in 1978 and became a Certified Relocation Professional in 1983.

Actively involved with the Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR), she has been Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and of the Area Breakfast Committee, Presiding Officer of the Ethics & Arbitration Panel.

Norma also works with the Relocation Directors Council, the Texas Relocation Network, the Houston Relocation Professionals and has served as board member for various builder and developer advisory groups throughout Houston.  Norma is actively  involved with the annual ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run which sponsors scholarships for local college-bound students.

A consummate professional, she specializes in Relocation and Relocation Team Training, relying no experience gained from over 20 years as a top producing agent.  Past clients, some from as far back as 15 years ago, still seek her advice.

Conscientious, tenacious and thorough, Norma lives by the Golden Rule.  She takes her client's needs seriously but never loses touch with her sense of humor.

In addition to her professional contributions, Norma is a small group leader, lay Eucharistic minister, and Alpha leader at her church and a volunteer for Bear Creek Assistance Ministries.  The work she does in her community gives her an appreciation for all that she has and reminds her how she can positively influence the lives of others.


Kathy Henderson

Board Member

Kathy Henderson is a Senior Consultant, Client Services at TheMIGroup.  Kathy has been with TheMIGroup for 8 years is currently responsible for developing client business relationships and spends her time working with corporations in determining solutions for relocation and HR challenges both in the United States and abroad.

Kathy is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and is a member of the local chapter, HRHouston.  She currently has served for two years on the Programs Committee and the Special Interests Group.  Kathy will reside on the Board of Director for HRHouston in 2009 – 2010.

Kathy is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council where she earned the title of Certified Relocation Professional in 2007.  Kathy is also a member of the Greater Houston Partnership.  Kathy serves on the following committees:  Emerging Women Leaders, Economic Development Committee – Aerospace, Medical and Technology; International Business – The America Region Trade Forum, Asia, Australia & Oceanic Region Trade Forum, Europe Region Trade Forum, Middle East/Africa Regional Trade Forum; Business Development; Professional Services Council and Golf Tournament.
