Relocation Coordinator Position

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is a supportive role within the Relocation Department. The Relocation Coordinator will work closely with our Agents and Relocation Director to provide value and service to our internal and external customers/clients. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Responsible for placing referrals within several portals. Data entry into multiple tracking systems. Acting as a liaison between referring parties, clients, agents and our network. Establishing and fostering relationships with our agents and with our Network will be a key role and function of this position.


Responsible for following up and tracking referrals by offering updates to all parties. Ability to multi-tasking and offer creative problem-solving skills will be required.

PRIMARY SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS

  • Minimum two+ years Real Estate and or Relocation experience.
  • Client Services (70-75%) of position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Real Estate license required.
  • Technology proficient – Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Relocation software.
