Houston Relocation Professionals

Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP) will accept applications from sponsors to support the efforts of the organization in delivering programs to the local relocation professionals.

 Sponsor Eligibility:

Ø      Sponsor much be an active member of HRP for a minimum of 1 year.

Ø      Sponsor must submit a written request to sponsor an event to the Sponsorship Chair at least 3 months prior to the HRP event.  Sponsors will be reviewed by the HRP Board on a first come basis.

Ø      Sponsorship will be approved for each event based on a single representative from a specific discipline; ie one realtor, one household goods mover, one relocation company, etc. per event.  Thus, avoiding competitive sponsorships for the same event.

Ø      Upon approval, sponsor is to submit the sponsor fee and description of their materials present at the event.  The materials are subject to approval by the HRP Sponsorship Chair.

Ø      Approved sponsor(s) will be posted on HRP website along with meeting notice.

 Sponsorship:

Ø      Representation as a sponsor on HRP website along with meeting notice which is distributed to all HRP members and potential meeting attendees.

Ø      Will be provided a table at the meeting they are sponsoring to display their information.  (No special drawings from sponsor tables will be permissible.)

Ø      Sponsorship Chair will announce the sponsors at the beginning of the meeting, reading a 30 second description of the represented company.  (To avoid long dissertations or delays to the planned meeting activities, Sponsors will not be permitted to introduce themselves to the meeting forum.)
